How are you this fine, fine Saturday morning?

I'm actually feeling pretty good.

Yeah, don't stop in the painkillers. I've reached that stage now with the back where it just hurts all the time. I'm actually feeling pretty good. Yeah. Yeah.

It's probably getting as good as it's going to get now until I get the brace off and physio.

So I'm just kind of, you know, living with the paracetimal and getting on with it, you know.

Is the brace itself causing pain because it's keeping you in a natural position?

I don't think so. I mean, it's not particularly comfortable. It's weird. I mean, when I'm in the car,

I constantly feel I don't have a seatbelt on because the brace only obviously, like, comes around my chest,

not over my shoulder. So so and it keeps the seatbelt

off my shoulder so I keep checking thinking oh I haven't got a seatbelt on and and yeah it's it's

fine the only the worst thing about the brace it has kind of a kind of a bit that comes up under my

chin so if I sit down in a chair it's too soft I end up with the thing poking on like underneath my chin. So if I sit down, particularly in a chair, it's too soft, I end up

with the thing poking underneath my chin, a bit like a, you know, a soldier with a bayonet to my throat,
