I am Tim Roberts.

I know you're used to hearing David Cohen with me, and that's not the case this time.

Why?

Well, David is on a Christmas vacation, but he did record a little less than a half hour segment to include in this episode.

And I'll put that in when I'm done here.

And I don't know how long I'm going to go, but I do have a special guest with me.

Now, there's some precedence for this way back in the days when I was doing the MyMac podcast, I did a show in December 2005 with two of my daughters, Rachel and Brittany.

Boy, let me see.

That was, I guess they were both nine years old at the time.

I think Rachel might have been 10 and Brittany was almost 10.

But that's a long time ago.

And I thought it was fun.

One of the things I would want to have done differently looking back is to get both of them more involved in the podcast occasionally.

I really like them coming on the show.

They were a little nervous at first, but they warmed up to it because they stopped

thinking about who was listening and, you know, that sort of thing, that something was

recording their voice.

And they just really were talking to me.

And that's really the key.
