So how are we doing in Pittsburgh when it comes to women in leadership? Terrible. I don't think there's... Look at all the nonprofits and social... That's fantastic, but I want to see more women leading up tech companies. So do I. So do I. I think... I've been bashed for that. People are like, Audrey, look at all the women that are in leadership roles now. Across all. And I'm like, yeah, they're all in nonprofits or government agencies. And that is awesome. Yeah. Of course. Tide. Like to see a lot of talented people. But are we seeing that? No. I look at it like this. At the most executive levels? It's 50% plus of the population.

Are there more women in the world than men? What's the, I don't know, it's like 51. I mean, today, gender definition, I don't know. I think it's like 51%. Something like that. Women who are born women. So I'd like to see like a 50% ratio when it comes to who's leading tech companies too.
