Oh, my goodness, Audrey. I can't believe it. It's like, it's Wednesday night again. And I'm like, let's get back in the studio. And the Huntington Bank studio, bringing the show. I love hanging out with Huntington Bank, man. They really are in juice sometimes. Like, they're the ones that just give us that extra pep, that extra pop. I know. When are we going? When are we going in the neighborhoods next?

Very soon, to be announced shortly because spring is right around the corner. I know. It's always a ton of fun when we go in the neighborhoods. We need a van. Well, I like, I want to talk to people on the streets next time. I've always wanted to do that. And you're so, you know, you've been saying that, you know, I have an aversion to that. Why? And this goes back to my news reporter day.

So back when I was a reporter at the Sowickly Herald, we had this feature in every weekly

edition we did called Man on the Street.

And they would send me out to the Kmart near Robinson Town Center.

And we'd have a question of the week, like whatever was happening in the news that day.

Like, what do you think of Bill Clinton doing whatever it was at the time?

And I would have to find four people to agree to answer the question and have their picture taken at the same time.

And it was harrowing.

And especially in the wintertime, we'd be standing out there, like tapping people on the shoulders, asking them, and people, it was like one in ten people. Really? Would actually do it. Most people would like, no, no, no. No, they were like, leave me alone. Like, especially when you have a photographer hanging out with you.

So this whole, like, when you're in the public, like, trying to ask people leave me alone, like, especially when you have a photographer hanging out with you.

So this whole, like, when you're in the public, like, trying to ask people what's up, like, I get this weird. It was, it was traumatic for a while. Because it was, it was just a pain in the butt. Like, it was, it was, it was, it was harrowing. It was harrowing. But anyhow, I do like the way you think about that because I think it'd be kind of cool if we could actually see what's going on out in the general population in Pittsburgh. Listen, 10 years ago, I would say people don't know that there's tech and innovation going on in Pittsburgh. I would go to my neighborhood and talk to people and they'd go, huh? Huh? You do what? There's hardly any of those jobs. All the kids have left. All my kids have left. They're not back here. How could there really be jobs there? Right. And now that conversation has changed. It's craziness. And I like to think that we had a hand in that. Absolutely, man. Like 100%. And maybe we should try that out something. Maybe'll, on the way over to a tech vibe neighborhood tour, we would be able to hang out. Because I think last time we were actually

in East Liberty, I think the last time we were there. I actually knew, we were up north.

No, we went up north. Remember that? We got our passport stamped. We sure did. Because it requires a passport to get into Cranberry. It was great. The people at Huntington Bank there were lovely. We were. It was fun. It was great. Yeah, so it's that time. Once the weather starts breaking and we get in the spring, we're going to set up some of those locations. It's only like eight weeks away. It's not that far off. It's going to happen. Eight weekends. That's why I'm going to think about. There I thought about that way.

So, Audrey, a couple weeks ago, we were putting the finishing touches on your latest president's note in the current issue of TQ Magazine. And I've really been pushing you to kind of really focus on talent stuff. Because I, as we've always discussed on the show, I mean, any, any company that stops by our show, they always talk about how they're in hiring mode, right? Right. We hear it all the time. Every single company. Exactly. So we know that talent is paramount to this region. Without it, we're not going anywhere. We, you have to

despite how great, yeah, that over the last 20 years, it'll be 20 years, that we've lost

in Allegheny County about 70,000 people. Is that what it is? See, we can't grow when

losing 70,000 people. Right. And so some people might not think that that's a big number.

to jump in on some tech side of things, we'd be like... It's not even just tech, Jonathan. It's
