Another Wednesday night is right upon us, Audrey, which means tech vibe radio, get ready to take off right now.

It is. We're taking off right now because we got a guest right in the house. So no small talk, no ranting, nothing. We've got Michael Coucho in the house. And he's a noted author. He is. He doesn't have his sidekick with him. No, no. Yes. Richard Citron. You guys are like peanut butter and jelly. You hang out together.

Oh, you see that?

Sometimes on a slice of wheat bread, right? I know, exactly.

He'd be here too, but he's recovering from surgery.

I know.

That's what kind of excuse is that.

But that's okay. I think you can cover the material I I think you can I said you're coming in anyhow yeah they made me do it here you are

you've been around doing lots of work in organizational development leadership

development strategy development I could go on and on and then you and Richard get the

idea that you're going to just write a book.

Yeah. It sort of was a long time in coming.

That's it? You know, all the stuff we spoke about or things that we blogged on. It was just

getting a reaction, but it was actually a good exercise to go through and say, right now,

organize your thinking and put it in a book. And you've been seeing the horror stories

of just basically, you know, that leadership, you know, just falling apart, for lack of a better term.

And the fact that the workplace has changed so much.

Oh, yeah.

And that things haven't always changed with it.

And obviously, you've been a longtime author in our Pittsburgh T.EQ magazine with our effective leadership column. So I feel like I'm always up to date on some of the things that are going on.

And to kind of see this all come together in your new book here,

strategy-driven leadership, I think it's pretty rad.
