look at culture from a Christian worldview. I'm John Stone Street with the point. At the beginning of the year

29 year old Nolan Arball had a tiny computer implanted into his brain. Arball's

paralyzed from the shoulders down. Now a few months after the surgery he can play computer

chess with his mind. The brain implant invented by billionaire Elon Musk Company, Neurrelink,

interprets the electrical activity from Arball's neurons as movements of his computer's cursor.

Must said he hopes that Neurling can continue to help people with disabilities to recover skills

they thought they'd long lost. This is definitely a remarkable

achievement of our technology which could make possible all kinds of

potential goods. However, there's also plenty of potential harms,

something that historically speaking humans aren't always able to foresee.

And a biblical view of human ingenuity and technology, just because we can do something doesn't mean we should.

Within a secular worldview, there's no grounding for that moral distinction,

and our hubris can prevent our ethics from keeping

up with our technology.
