An engineer posted on Twitter about a pretty strange phenomenon that iPhone users need to know about. His name is Carl Schu, and he named his

Wi-Fi hotspot. I'm not going to read the whole thing because it's going to sound like nonsense,

but the first few characters are percentage sign P, percentage sign S, and then it goes on. And then

he tried to connect to it through his iPhone,

and surprise, surprise, it broke his phone. He couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all. The function

just didn't work. He rebooted. He changed the network name. It didn't help. It broke AirDrop,

too. It's unclear why this specific name disabled the Wi-Fi functionality. The working theory,
