You know, this is going to sound strange as I'm starting out the news talking about used cars.

What the heck does used cars have to do with technology? Well, a Google search is trending now that

could mean more money in your pocket. And I'm all about helping people make more money and get more

money. See, people are buying used cars a lot. And the inventory is really tight for used cars.

And that means that the used car that you have right now could be worth big bucks.

And you might be pleasantly surprised that if you take a moment and check out how much your car is worth.

Now, listen to this.

According to Edmonds, the average value of all used cars during the

month of March in 2021 hit an all-time high, all-time high ever, climbing to almost $17,000. A year ago,

maybe $14,000. So again, how does this tie into technology? I'm so glad that you asked, yes,

raise your hand because there's a chip shortage. And Ali's going to be talking more about that.

So I'm not going to do a total like deep dive on that. But because of the chip shortage, the

automakers don't have an excess supply of new cars, which is making the used car marketplace go like crazy.

And plus, the big reason why people buy cars.

It's because you have to get to work.
