Hey, are you looking for the perfect day? Well, new research says that you should be

springing out of bed to Scott or I'm a believer by the monkeys. And then you put on Abba in the

afternoon and then you go to bed with Layla. What? Yeah. Researchers analyze more than two billion

songs to provide the ideal soundtrack for the entire day. Well,

they worked with Spotify. And it wasn't really surprising. They found energetic, cheery tunes,

gets you going in the morning and slower tracks are best before bedtime. So you have this

midday lull and tempo from noon to 2 p.m. And that's when you should be putting on

danceable tracks like Mamma Me or summer nights from the musical grease

because they give you this post-lunch lift.

And then Eric Clapton or Moby, they work best at night.

Princes Purple Rain or Meat Loaves, I'll do anything for love, but I won't do that.

They say are most well-received at one or two in the morning.

And, you know, speaking of a meatloaf, you know, they produce three really great songs. But of them, I can only recognize

bad out of hell and heaven can wait because after all, two out of three ain't bad.
