0:43.2	you who are new to Tea Time Tuesday today, I am a committed, a dedicated tea drinker. I've
0:51.4	lived in Europe or in the UK for almost 10 years off and on and I learned to love the
0:58.0	habit of Tea Time. Tea Time is really taking time to create a rhythm in your life, to
1:05.2	breathe in peace, to be with a friend, to talk about what's important and then to get
1:09.8	going in your day again. I just don't know how most people go along in their lives without
1:16.1	Tea Time Tuesday. So welcome, welcome, welcome. Today I'm so happy that you are with me and
1:22.8	I wanted to read just a little bit on Tea Time Tuesday about why I'm so committed to this
1:33.2	whole habit. I think it's just that you know we're always all tired aren't we? And we have
1:38.6	a million things on our mind and there aren't a thousand people meeting our needs unfortunately,
1:43.9	maybe just one. And so for me as a person who wants to be civilized and I want to try to help
1:54.7	myself keep going longer, then I could just without any kind of helps. And so I love Tea Time.
2:01.8	I've found it in Europe and it's stuck with me and I have done it for many many years now.
2:08.5	I want to read you a little quote that I put on my Tea Time Tuesday today. A Tea Time mentor is
2:16.6	always on the hunt for more tea cups and dealing of friends and people where she will celebrate them
