The Chinese spy balloons had real geopolitical impact.

You know, Anthony Blinken was supposed to go to China, and he canceled that trip because of the,

you know, espionage elements of this.

And what was interesting to me is the characterization of this by Blinken, you know, espionage elements of this. And what was interesting to me is the characterization of this by Blinken, you know,

who is Secretary of State, is that this was a, quote,

violation of our sovereignty and a, quote, violation of international law.

And I'm not going to argue with that, but it's fascinating to me that this particular violation

of sovereignty was thought of as a really big deal when the fact that we had a Kremlin asset

backed by a transnational crime syndicate with tentacles in countries all throughout the

former Soviet Union and the Middle East.

You know, we have FBI agents secretly working for the Russian mafia while pretending to investigate

them. That somehow, that somehow is, I guess, not a big deal, not a big deal kind of violation

of our sovereignty, even though that led to an attempted

overthrow of the government through a violent attack on the capital.

But various countries involved in that, including Israel, Saudi Arabia, and others who have not

been ostracized, as Russia has been since its re its reinvasion of Ukraine, those, I guess, are

fine. It's just very interesting to me, like what these officials choose to talk about,

what they choose to highlight. And so I am worried, although it's cliched, that the hyper focus

on UFOs and spy balloons is meant to kind of divert attention away from

systemic crises or big governmental corruption crimes, you know, like mafia infiltration of our

government institutions, because this, you know this puts all of our focus either on China

as an enemy or on the idea of UFOs,
