Haley Rawl. We are doing a Sunday check-in today because every Sunday on Instagram, I do a submission

box and an anonymous submission box and I say, ask me anything, tell me anything. I get questions about myself.

I get people asking for advice. I get your confessions, your frustrations, your innermost

thoughts. It's kind of an anything goes. But I am actually currently off of social media

for the month of November. I've been wanting to take a

break for a while and it was just one of those things where all of the sudden I was like,

now's the time. I'm going to go cold turkey off social media. I'm hoping to do that until the end

of November, kind of depending. I have a couple small things in the works I might hop on

toward the end of November. But all of that to say, I've been missing catching up with you all.

So I put up a submission box on the Patreon and got a lot of really good questions, thoughts,

feelings about all sorts of things. Off the top of my head, we're talking about divorce,

what is grounds for divorce if I've ever been to a strip club and what my thoughts are on that.

Someone shared their review of Macy Neely from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives from her book.

There's, yeah, all sorts of questions and all sorts of topics we're going to be

covering today. And I'm excited to get right into it. Okay, someone asks, I'm really struggling in my

marriage. I'm wondering what in your book is grounds for divorce. What are some of your

non-negotiables that you need in a relationship?

This is such a good question. And I think my answer to this has probably shifted a lot over time.
