out soon, which I'm excited to watch is Demi Lovato, beat saying that she, I read that

New York Times article that was about her.

And her saying that she now does, she drinks alcohol and smokes weed.

I was like, honey.

Demi knows?

Yeah, she was saying like, I can't, like I found everything so restrictive.

Like this is what I need to do now, because if I T total, then it just leads me down this

way.

And I was like, wow, babe, like that's fine.

I mean, she don't.

I was like, that is a huge mistake.

Like I understand maybe smoking weed, maybe taking an edible every once in a while, like

a hit off the vape pen.

If you've got to do it, you've got to do it.

But like, I think adding any alcohol back into the mix after being sober is the slipperiest

of slow.

So I feel like that opens up the door for you to like do a bunch of other things that

you would not normally do.

Yeah, I mean, that's as an, you know, I was addicted to drugs.

And if I, the minute I had alcohol in my system, I crave drugs.

So it's like, you can't, I want to smoke sigs.
