I'm Beatrice Soutler Bolton and I'm excited to be joined today by returning guest and dear friend

of the panel, Nate Holdren. Nate is a legal historian of capitalism and is a professor

at Drake University. He is the author of the book, Injury, Impoverished, Workplace Accidents,

Capitalism and Law in the

Progressive Era. And he's back today to talk about two recent things that he wrote. The first was

for Specture Journal and it was called Hands Off, Don't Fall for the Democrats or Their Legalism.
