Because it's not just like from your your Facebooks or your chambers of commerce, though there is obviously pressure on lawmakers to enact stuff like this from the tourism industry, from airlines.

But there's a lot of pressure coming from the

national security tech sector, like from people who are contractors working with ICE, with

customs and border protection, with TSA.
