And today we're doing something a little different than normal.

Usually when we talk about a book on this show, it's an author interview or we're recommending

something.

We're talking about a book that we like.

This is not that.

No. Not is not that.

Not so subtle description.

Yeah, I mean, understatement.

But I'm trying to be fair here.

So instead today, we're looking at a book written by two economists who claim to have surveyed the U.S. healthcare landscape and come up with a, quote, sensible and prudent, in their words, quote unquote, solution to the problem of universal

health care. It's myopic. It's a bad book. It entirely misses the forest for the trees on health care.

And so we're dedicating this episode to basically why this particular cul-de-sac is absolutely
