I am in a leadership position at Shameless Media. I have always been drawn to people who share

their expertise in their experience in leadership.

So in the chapter of leadership, you speak to not offering exit interviews. You said, and I'm

going to quote you here. You're like, what do I say? I remember because I don't offer exit

interviews. And there's a really good, you say what I say first for the listener and then I'll answer you back.

And I'll tell you why it's a heavy and big no for me.

So for our listeners, you said, you're going to get the opportunity to tell me to go fuck myself at the end.

Why didn't you tell me six months ago? I want people to

tell me the truth in the moment so I bake this into the culture. I, well, first of all, I want to

hear the why behind that on a deeper level. And my second question is, I'd love you to share a real

life example of when that's happened and that you had to take accountability
