Andrea Ritchie is a writer, organizer, movement lawyer, and researcher who has been documenting,

organizing, advocating, litigating, and agitating around policing and criminalization of

black women, girls, trans, and gender nonconforming people for over three decades.

She is the author and co-author of several books,

including practicing new worlds, abolition, and emergent strategies, Invisible No More,
