Another summer Wednesday here in New York City, Evan Tiki on the road.

game two of the subway series between the New York Mets and the New York Yankees.

last night.

Not only a Met Yankee game, but the New York Knicks shockingly acquiring McKell Bridges from the Brooklyn Nets.

I said it would never happen.

I am stunned that it happened.

It is probably the most stupefied I have ever been as a sports fan, but there was something

else that happened last night that also stupefied me.

Now the Mets won that game last night as we know give David Peterson a lot of credit

getting out of a basis loaded nobody out jam. On the Yankee end of things there bats outside of Judge and Soto continue to be a major

major problem and it also didn't help that Garrett Cole was doing batting practice after just

topping out at 92-93 from the second inning on.

But in the top of the first inning I saw something.

And I'm sorry this needs to be addressed. It needs to be addressed immediately

because if this happens on my team I'm going to lose my mind. In fact I've seen it happen on my team

with certain individuals. I remember Roberto Alamar lost a trust of Met fans because he was

bunt happy. Now Roberto Alamar, nice player, Hall of Famer, is not Wansodo.

And what Wansodo did in the first inning, for those that missed it, the count was 3 and

O. Anthony Volpe, had let off the game of the base hit, the count was 3 and 0 on Wansodo. Now the first ball was a pitch violation
