0:41.8	I would say that from your teachings, I could call you the trauma whisperer.
0:47.5	I've learned so much about trauma and how to address it and deal with it.
0:53.1	And you have this amazing completion process that many, many people have found great success in addressing their traumas.
1:00.0	Could you give me a little background on how you came up with that?
1:04.0	Yeah, but I mean, the story about completion process started so, so long before I was ever in this profession.
1:10.0	It actually started in my teen years.
1:12.5	I was in a super abusive situation. It was during those years of that abuse that I actually
1:17.9	realized the power of focus and the power of emotions and how most of what we're doing with
1:25.3	emotions is the wrong thing to do with emotions.
1:32.8	It was in my teen years that I realized that going towards a strong emotion, especially negative emotion, creates the exact opposite effect of what most people think that it will do.
1:37.5	Most people think that their negative emotions are going to trap them,
1:39.8	or going to get worse if you focus on them, and that's not actually the case.
1:43.8	So with the completion process, what you see is almost these bits and pieces that have been
1:49.0	coming to me over the course of about 20 plus years before I realized, wait a minute, this is
1:54.0	actually a cohesive process. All of these pieces of the puzzle fit together in a very specific
1:59.0	way.
