When we read the Old Testament with eyes to see, we see a loving and committed God that so deeply cares about us that he's unwilling to give up on us, and that he will do all that he can to help us.

President Russell M. Nelson has been really straightforward about teaching about the idea of Hesed,

the idea of covenantal love, translated as loyal love, and that loyal love is all throughout the Old Testament.

We can see it in Hosea, we can see it in Amos. We can see it in Malachi. We can see

it lots of different places as we see a God who is continually committed to following us.

And as we come to read the Old Testament with those eyes, you can see a God that is so
