You know, when you can just chat with a friend about history, there is nothing better.

Yeah, definitely. I agree.

And today's episode, it's funny, because often I get requests

from listeners. And, you know, I recently got a request that somebody said, I want an episode

on humanists. And I thought, oh, my gosh, this is a subject that I, I've really, I say I don't know a lot about probably as we talk today.

I'll realize I probably know a little more than I think I do.

But it's not one that I'm confident in whatsoever.

And I thought, who could I ask to come on and talk about humanists?

And I thought, well, I did an episode with Amy because she has her book on Erasmus.

So, well, that's a good start.

So I reached out to you and I was like, can you help me with an episode like this?

And it just turned out my timing was perfect, wasn't it?

Yep, definitely perfect timing.

I think that's a habit of yours. That's a good habit to have.
