I talk to best-selling authors and elite performers and other guests, but lately I've also

been having conversations with my wife, Samantha, the co-parent of my two

boys. We do it over in the Daily Stoic studio here in Bastrop, Texas. She and I talk about things

that we're working on as parents, things that we're working on as people, and how we are supporting

each other, challenging each other, and like I said, trying to get

better at what we do.

Hey, it's Ryan. Welcome to another weekend episode of the Daily Dad podcast. I was just down at the beach with my kids for Thanksgiving. And we have a nice little routine when we're down there. My wife usually sleeps in the morning. I take the kids they get up insanely early for some reason. And so it's like, how do we fill like an hour or two in the morning before we go on our walk to get coffee and go down and build sandcastles and play in the beach? They like to play in the beach in the morning. So we were doing this thing for a while where they'd be like, dad, we want to do some coloring. So try not to get them to watch TV. It seems like it's always about like, how do we reduce the amount of time they're watching TV or begging for their iPads, also not screaming and hurting each other and waking up their mom. So, you know, it's still dark out. We're trying to figure out something to do. So we started coloring and you can just Google like insert anything you know coloring page so you know they'd be like

i want a know, coloring page.

So, you know, they'd be like, I want a Warhammer coloring page. I want to, whatever. And then

they were asking for all this stuff that, like, didn't exist. They're like, I want a bunny in a

helicopter, you know, wearing pajamas on the moon. And I was like, no one's made that yet. So I thought,

you know what? Actually, this would be a

great opportunity for us to use AI and more importantly for you to learn how AI works. So I use this

as an experiment. I'm trying to, my understanding of AI is that it's transformative, it's going to be

disruptive. But like all things, it's a tool and you can reject tools or you can

figure out how to use them to be better at what you do. And so I thought, let's use this as a chance

to talk about what AI is and also get good at using it. And so we've been using Chatcheebt to come up with
