understand that you got to work a second job to make this should happen. Can I ask you this?

your first year teaching? All right. So we are spoiled in New York City, but for the record,

New York City's cost of living is extremely high. So where is an average apartment maybe in Mississippi

is three, four hundred dollars in New York City, a one bedroom studio apartment? Well, I think

Mississippi is going to be pissed. They think that it costs four hundred dollars to run an apartment

in Mississippi. I don't know. Is that four hundred? I mean, I five hundred six hundred. When I lived

in Chicago, I paid one thousand dollars for a studio. Is that good or bad? In a great location.

I mean, that's still considered very cheap, but you were like, wow. So like in New York City,

you pay about like sixteen hundred for a one bedroom apartment. Yeah. So like cost of living,

obviously, varies based on your state and all that stuff. But so in New York City, starting pay

for a teacher, when I started 11 years ago, was 45,000 to start to start to start. Now I think
