Welcome to Teach Back Tuesday. The episode you're going to hear today was originally published in January of

2021. In fact, it was our first episode for Keep the Hearts podcast. I was so nervous. I can hear it in my voice. I wonder if

you'll be able to hear it. I was nervous. I felt like I was walking on eggshells, and I was so glad when I was done,

and then I looked at the clock and the episode. It was only seven minutes.

So it's going to be a short one again. But what happens with podcasts is that when we publish

these episodes, they gradually get buried in the whole episode library. And if you weren't with us a year ago

when we first started publishing episodes, you'll enjoy getting a chance to hear this.

If you did get to hear the first episode, I doubt you can remember it. So I hope you won't mind

that every now and then we're going to tuck in these episodes from the first year of the

podcast as we're going into our second year. This will also help with the schedule here

at Keep the Heart because I am trying to work on getting some new books into the shop

written for you and we will have a lot on the production schedule this year because of book writing, not to mention
