Hello my friends, welcome to Tea Time Tuesday. I am so glad that you are with me right now.

I actually wish that you could join me. You could have joined me early this morning. I

want to read the verse in Proverbs 1722, a joyful heart is good medicine. But a broken

spirit dries up the bones. This is such a great verse. I think I've realized so much lately

that oftentimes people accuse me as I've said in the past few weeks of being polyanna or

just looking at the bright side of things. But actually I really think that being a conductor

of beauty and of celebration and of light is a choice that we make. I love this verse,

a joyful heart is good medicine. If you can do things that cultivate joy, if you can

do things that help keep you alive, it says David encouraged himself in the Lord. He

had to encourage himself, nobody else would. Anyway, I wish you could have joined me this

morning. It was kind of delightful. I actually have been so exhausted lately because I

have got a really full schedule, but I woke up a little bit early. The sun wasn't quite

up yet. I lit my candles. You can see this on my little dining room, nook table in my

kitchen. I don't have in this house a very sizable living room or an area where I can have

my women in for my Bible studies, but my kitchen nook area that has full windows, faces

outdoors, is where I put a little couch in because then I can sit there and work and I

can look out on the outdoors because I really like windows. I have this little table in

there too. You can see me with my candles, my strong cup of tea with sugar. I haven't
