I'm so glad you're here.

Thank you. Please make yourself a cup of here and there in ministry. I got to see

so many different ones and planning and dreaming about having a little continual ministry there,

and it was just so much fun. I have to say that Oxford takes part of my heart, takes part of my pleasure and my fun that I get to have.

And of course, I have to, I must see my new grandchild and also visit with my other children

and just follow up with friends once in a while.

Clay is so wonderful. A lot of people have different kinds of stories. I've been thinking a lot about that lately. Clay, my husband,

he's organized. He's a real thinker and philosopher and guitar player, different things. But whenever

I come back from someplace, we've lived over the world,

we've traveled so much, and we've done so many things that we have an unusual relationship

in that we are so used to our lifestyle as missionaries that we live our own values and rhythms that suit us really well, but would probably be

crazy to other people. Clay knows that I have to follow up on the ministry I've had, but more

importantly, that I want to see those grandkids. So instead of taking some kind of expensive

trips or cruises or buying a new car or whatever, we save our money. And he says, go see your

grandchildren now. Clay comes fairly often to see them as well, but I'm a walker and he's a

taker care of ministry. So I'm really fortunate. And this is

what happens. This is what we do. I just would love to know some of the personal behind-the-scenes

stories of some of you. I land at the airport, go through security, pick up my bags, and then

I text Clay and tell him that I'm about to walk

out the door, at which point he picks me up. He made me a thermos of hot tea. He had a little
