guess what. I happen to look today, I don't do it very often, but I looked at my

stats for this podcast and sometime since the last week when I recorded another podcast I have gone

over 28 million downloads that's that's amazing to me in 141 countries.

And so thank you so much for joining this audience,

for sharing it with your friends.

It's just my desire to encourage and inspire you wonderful

friends who have similar ideals and deep desire to live your life intentionally.

I really was not expecting it.

I just want to start out today. you know that I love Tea Time, this is Tea Time Tuesday.

And I was thinking about this this week because my son Nathan and his wife Kila are home and every single afternoon that we are home, every single afternoon.

This is dozens of them. We have shared tea time and discussion together. I would call it

discussion. And so I just wanted to open up with the reason I emphasize this is because I learned to mentor and

disciple people and to encourage them when I lived in Europe many years ago when I

lived in Communist Poland and when I lived in Austria.
