Hi everyone, welcome to at home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi my friends, it's Sally Clarkson for Tea Time Tuesday and I am hoping that my earbuds

and my computer and my microphone are all working because I have some fun things to share

with you and I also have meetings to go to. Oh my goodness, I had such a wonderful week

last week. I have so much to tell you. My sweet husband Clay is coming to Oxford soon and

when he's here because we've had some separations this year because you know I would be there,

he would be here, I had a hip surgery, he would help me, you know he went back and forth

and all and this year he was helping to take care of our ministry and our dog and now he's

going to be with me for about six or eight weeks until I come home to Colorado for the summer

with him. So anyway, all that to say when he comes here I want to spoil him and be available

to him and listen to all the things in his heart even that we talk really often. But I was

thinking many of you have wondered about really how we influenced our children over the years

and I think probably we have a much more focused relationship priorities with people. Clay is an

introvert so I know that he wants to be alone with me. He wants to go have tea with me or coffee with

me and talk and talk and talk and so I'm going to attend to that. But also the way that I think we

mostly influenced our children and became the family that we are was through making relationships,

a priority making talking to each other, making sharing ideas, books, thoughts, walking, being

friends, celebrating life together. And so I thought you know I want to be sure to get together

with all of my priority people and a focused time away before clay comes so they will feel
