thinking a lot about the whole area of importance of passing on character, training, character,

teaching character to your children. And what we look at for the basis of godly character in our lives and in our children's lives?

Well, we look at the attributes of God.

We look at God as a God who is loving, who is a God of light, a God of beauty, a God of peacemaking, a God who is humble.

And so the main attributes that we seek are those that belong to Christ.

And as we know, I've mentioned this several times in the past few weeks.

Christian means Christ in one.

And sanctification is the process through the Holy Spirit who embodies us when we become

believers.

And the Holy Spirit slowly, little by little, trains us, convicts us, encourages us toward becoming

more like Christ every day. That when people look at us in this world,

they might understand the attributes of God because they have experienced it from our relationship with them.
