Hello, my friends, and welcome to Life with Sally podcast. I'm so glad you're here, so please make yourself a cup of tea and come on in. Hello, my friends. It's so good to be with you today. This is Sally Clarkson, and I am thrilled that you have joined me.

Well, many of you, I feel like are our friends who know me really well, so I always tell you what I've been doing.

Oh, my goodness, I just got back. This is kind of a busy season for me.

I had the most wonderful time speaking in Atlanta and have not been in the deep south for a while.

And so it was interesting meeting people and speaking and getting to kind of go around to different places. So I just

got back at last night and am jumping into my life because it's kind of got lots of fun things

going in the next few weeks. And the last reward will be that I will get to be in the UK for a while

to one of my children is having a baby.

And another child said, come and stay with me and visit me.

And then the other one said, well, I want to see you too.

So it was really fun.

So I've got a few things coming up.

And I will be back in Nashville again to speak at Huchmute,

Andrew Peterson's conference that we just love to go to.

So, and I've gone to Kentucky to stay with an old dear best friend, this is kind of what I've decided.

There are a few friends that I've known forever, and I'm trying to visit each one of them, at least

once a year, and encourage them to visit me. These are people that live all over the United

States, because I think that deep and old friendships are of great value, so be sure to make

time this week for a long call with someone or a plan a visit. I did

that myself this spring and had so much fun with several women that we kind of gathered together

and invited each other that have known each other for a long time. So in the old way, while I was in Atlanta, and even when I was speaking at Wild and Free the weekend before, it just happened that there were many, many, many people who I talked to who were going through a crisis or who have had difficulties with their children in their marriage

in different times, different places. And so I decided today before I jump into a whole new set.
