Thanks so much for joining me. Hello my wonderful friends. Happy Tea Time Tuesday. This is Sally Clarkson and I really just love being with all of you. I see your

posts, your letters, your messages and I think we're kindred spirits and I just love being able to have this time together.

Oh how this morning I wish that I could have you right here in my living room talking with me. I get so many

letters and requests and I just think it would be so much fun to have a time of

friendship and a time to have a slow drink of coffee or tea, talking, taking

the moment, breathing in peace.

I happen to be sitting still in my pajamas this morning.

That's the nice thing about

podcasts. You can't see me. Everybody has told me all my family members and

different people have said you need to do a YouTube channel.

And I think, well, could I do that in my pajamas and gown and robe?

I have a tendency to get up early in the morning.

Well, not as early as I used to when I had little children everywhere.

But I get up early, I have a smoothie and a cup of tea and then I have a quiet time and I work and I think and I do all sorts of stuff

and I'm living such an adult life

because often I don't even think about eating until 10 o'clock in the morning when I run upstairs

and put on real clothes so that in case anybody comes to my door they won't presume that I sleep late because how could I ever let people know that

occasionally I do sleep late?

We have such performative standards in our minds, don't we?
