I am so glad you join me today.

This is Sally Clarkson, and we are going to have a grand time.

It is so funny because we are going through the book called Seasons of a Mother's Heart,

heart-to-heart encouragement for moms.

And I wrote this book quite a long time ago, and when Joy was a little girl, and now Joy is 30.

But it's funny how, as I was reading the chapter that I'm going to be talking about today for our time, really touched me almost to the point of tears. And so it's really relevant for me to be able to

share with many of you right now because I can look back and say, this is what really matters.

This is what's important because when I was in the fray, in the middle of it all, I didn't

always see what was the most important thing. But I also wanted to say people

have been asking me about the book. I think you would enjoy it. There is, there are pictures of

my children when they were very young. So for those of you who know my children, they have, you know,

pictures when they were babies up to Sarah.

One of the chapters is about her turning into a teenager and a party that I gave her. And today is

about Joel. And I can't wait to tell some of you about him who don't know him. So there are pictures,

but also there is a little kind of a thought on the living

word Bible study at the end of each chapter. And also, I'm only reading a very small portion

of the chapter. So people said, is it worth getting? Well, of course, I'm going to say yes.

But anyway, I wrote this book. I was

thinking today about seasons. And it's so important for us to understand seasons. First of all,

there will be many, many seasons in your life. My sweet daughter, Sarah, is back in the season of babies again because she has her little

Jack who's almost two weeks old.
