Hello, my friends. This is Sally Clarkson and I am so happy that you join me today. What you don't know is that I am not at home in Colorado, but I am at a really fun and exciting place. And I have with me one of my favorite people in the world. Hello, favorite person. Who are you? Hello, Mother, and hello, lovely listeners. My name is Joy, and I am the youngest of the Clarkson Kin. Well, we are having

such a blast. A few weeks ago, Joy wrote me and said, Mama, I have a break. She is a, what did you do

at King's College in London? Well, I

teach at King's College London and do lots of other things, but I, it's just been the craziest

year, and I really wanted to spend time with you. And it's not that I have like a break,

but I just thought, you know, this is a calm time. And I would just love to have you come visit

and kind of experience

our life in London and do some fun things together. And so I said, let's seize the moment.

Seize the day.

Sees whatever you can. We used to sing this together, didn't we? But anyway, so I have been here

in the UK for several days, and it just happened that Joy's husband said,

I know something that you all should do together.

Somehow, he came upon the fact that it was the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth,

and I think I actually did know that, but I'd forgotten it.

So we ended up hopping a train to Manchester, which is a lovely, lovely town.

At least it seems like way to me.

We've found several fun cafes, and we've been walking the streets, and I can't tell you

where we were today.

You just have to guess by looking at us in the pictures.

But anyway, every year in our family in the Clarks and Clan at a certain point, I don't know if the kids are teenagers or what,

but we would put on the 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice. And it became a familiar favorite.
