I cook a lot of meals in my home.

Even still now, though, I'm a little bit slower about it than I used to be when I had all the kids here.

But I had this wonderful friend who said, why don't I

make a wonderful Easter meal for my family and yours? And then you can come to my house. And

boy, did I appreciate that. I don't think I realize sometimes how nice it is for someone else to think of the meal, to cook it, to provide it, and we had such a joyful time.

And we had yesterday, I made, I don't know if you've ever made this before, but one of our traditional meals, and I found out that Sarah had made it yesterday and Joy had made it but one of our

traditional recipes for Easter Day meal is a seven-layer salad. Now you'll have to know maybe I'll

do it as a reel sometime because I have to change everything that I do up a little

bit. You know, I have to change it up because I'm kind of this very opinionated,

focused person on what I like and what I want to do. And so I made my own seven-layer salad

and then you let it kind of seep up all of the tastes and the different things you put in the salad overnight, then you toss it together before you eat it.
