So often, we are caught up in the immediate things—getting the tasks done, housework, homework, bills paid, child discipline. Yet, it is the air our children breathe, the foundations we live by that will attach their hearts to ours and ultimately, potentially, to God.

0:36.8	Hello, my friends. Welcome to At Home with Sally. I'm sitting here in my living room,
0:43.6	and I'm surrounded by stuff because I'm actually packing today with Clay. We are going to see
0:51.7	our grandchildren. We're going to see our children. We're going to see friends
0:58.5	and ministry partners in Oxford for a month. And most of you who know me and listen to me know
1:05.8	that I lived in Oxford for over four years, and it is a place of my heart. I just love it. And also, three of my four
1:13.7	children live there, four, soon to be five of my grandchildren live there. And it's just
1:22.0	such a place of my heart. We even are starting to add a little bit of staff there for Whole Heart
1:29.3	Ministries. So there we go. But anyway, I am surrounded. When I go traveling, I go really light.
1:36.9	This time I do have a main suitcase, but it's not a big one. It's a medium-sized one. And that
1:43.2	will last me for the whole month. And then I take a carry-on.
1:48.0	And I always put some little snacks in there, something to read my computer and my computer cords,
1:55.1	and then I'll be ready. But it's just all the last-minute details details being sure you have this and that and the other.
2:01.9	And Clay and I have to arrange transportation from our home here to the airport, and then we have
2:09.3	to arrange transportation from the airport to a place that we are going to be staying in Oxford.
2:16.5	And so we're just surrounded by details today.
2:18.7	But I thought, I can't miss my podcast.
