Everybody, I hope that you are doing well and are healthy.

Mayonna it's funny during work.

You send lots of emails back and forth, right?

And I noticed that for a while I was sending every email and it always started with some message about wishing people health and every email I received started off with a message about I hope you and your family are healthy and things like that.

And I thought you know,'m just going to assume we're all wishing each

other good health now and not lead every email message with the I hope you're doing well kind of messaging so now I don't

do that anymore but I do that anyway I did that anyway I did that before this

happened yeah I was always into the you know I hope all as well with you and your family I always

started like that but I also grew in a house where it was very my mom was very strict

about you know how to talk to people and things like that so that's always something

that I did but you're right now that I'm thinking about it in context it could come off a little like bad and I don't want that either.
