Yeah, uh, hi, everybody, welcome to the Dice Tower. I'm Eric Somerer and once again I am without Tom

So here's what happened. We had plans we did I tell you to to have a lovely guest for this week and to sort of get things back to normal.

But as you know if you've been following the Dice Tower on other media,

like Board Game Breakfast, the video series, or us on Twitter, you've realized

that Tom has spent the past week or so moving into a new production facility. We were forced to, or they were forced to, I'm not there,

forced to move the brand new headquarters to a brander new headquarters. And that took a lot of time last week. And one of the things that you need in order to do a show like this, when people are spread out around the country or around the world, is an internet connection. And at the time we were scheduled to record with our guest

we didn't have that. So you just have me today for a little bonus episode this isn't

really an episode. This is just

me wanting to talk to you catch up and give you something something new this

week. We should be back to normal next week for sure we, we have on the schedule. We should be speaking with our

guest this week on Wednesday evening and recording a new batch of episodes for you.

You know, I get it. I want to talk to Tom too. I haven't talked to Tom in like a month and I kind of want to catch up. I miss him. Don't you? I do. And now I'm starting to realize that this is kind of how Rich Summer feels talking to himself in a box, because this is weird.

So how are you? How you been?

I had a pretty good weekend. I didn't get to go to my normal Sunday night game group meeting, which I missed because my wife was at a knitting event. She was the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. Anyway, I had the kids, but I got to play with them.

A number of games that I had been sort of back burnering for a while and really waiting to play with them.
