Bonjour and welcome to the 305th edition of Tranquility DeJure.

My name is Kimberly Wilson.

I'm delighted to be here with you in the Pink Palace in Washington, D.C.,

and to share an interview with the lovely Kellyn Brugman, an Ayurveda, yoga, and

writing.

Before we hear from Kellan, I want to share a few upcoming events that may be of interest,

including ones in Washington, D.C.,

it range from art journaling to a writing lab that I just launched last week.

And then also, of course, some additional fun workshops such as yoga and writing and mindfulness.

And then also, we have retreats in West Virginia.

There's four spots left for the spring one.

And then also, of course, Costa Rica.

So join us for these.

And one other thing I wanted to mention is that we have our 10-year anniversary of the blog coming in October, which I can't

believe. It's amazing. We have the 10-year birthday or anniversary, whatever you want to call for

the blog. We have the 15-year for the studio. And then Tim and I just had our 10-year anniversary.

And if like there is another, oh, well, the podcast, actually, it'll turn nine this fall.

So lots of fun anniversaries around the bend.

And if you have any suggestions on how to really highlight the blog one in particular, those

of you who are readers, I would love to hear I'm going to be putting together an anthology,

but then I'm also thinking a meetup in Washington, D.C.,
