Bonjour and welcome to the 303rd edition of Tranquility DeJure.

more tranquility in this year.

And I hope you enjoyed the 17-page e-book that went with it and you're able to incorporate

that maybe into your daybook or into your planner or even into your journal.

And a reminder that we have a few fun things that are happening this year, including

art and yoga in West Virginia.

Of course, we have our Art and Asana in Costa Rica with the lovely Mary Catherine Star,

some art, some creative play, and then yoga sessions every single day. And then we have

Tranquility summer camp that's going to be happening over Labor Day weekend.

And then Art and Yoga again over Veterans Day weekend.

So for those of you who get that off, November 7 through 9th, again, I tried to put my retreats in on weekends where there would be a lot of downtime.
