Bonjour and welcome to the 301st edition of Tranquility DeJure.

I hope you all have had a chance to listen to the 300th and enjoyed our little snapshots and pictorial of our journey.

Tranquility tour. It's hard to believe we've been back nearly four weeks now, and we just kind of settled right back in.

Miss Lily seems like a distant memory, but as I was doing some planning for 2014, I definitely had a return to

Miss Lily and Campgrounds in my vision. So thank you all for following along on all of those

adventures. And I'm so excited to welcome you to the 301st, as I mentioned, Tranquility DeJure podcast. And today's show features a

return dean guest, the lovely Lauren Brownstein, who is our generosity chair for Tranquil

Space Foundation. And we're going to be chatting all about philanthropy. Before we get going

with the lovely Lauren, I want to mention that I've added one more final

kind of fun thing for 2013, and that is on New Year's Eve at Tranquil Space in DuPont.

I'm going to be doing a three-hour workshop, mindfulness and yoga, a little mini retreat

in the afternoon on New Year's Eve. So if anyone is available and free and would like to

kind of tie a bow around 2013 in a mindful, reflective, kind of fun way, please join me for that.

And of course, there's lots of exciting adventures coming forth in 2014, including an urban

retreat, which is a three-hour retreat in D.C. on January the 11th, three

retreats in West Virginia, a recently added retreat to Costa Rica with the beautiful Mary

Catherine Star. And then, of course, the return to Paris. Well, we'll be focusing on yoga,

of course, writing, and art. So we'll be focusing on yoga, of course, writing, and art.

So we'll be doing a little bit of art journaling and writing at Marie Antoinette's estate in near Versailles, in Versailles.

And it's funny, I just recently rewatched Marie Antoinette, the movie that was put out with Kirsten Dunst.

It's just so beautiful.
