Tranquility Tour, San Francisco

Hello, this is Kimberly, and I'm here with Tim.

Hello, everybody.

And a lovely group of ladies in San Francisco on beautiful sunny and Sunday afternoon.

Although it's foggy all over the place, too.

Oh, is it foggy now?

Well, it was foggy when we came in. Oh, yeah. San Francisco, it's sort of like that. It was gorgeous because all you could see was like the tops of the skyline and the rest was kind of masked with fog. It was gorgeous. Yeah, it was really good. It was sort of quintessential, you know, sort of drive in from the north. And then all the sudden, it's sunny, it's sunny, it's hot. And then all of a sudden, boom, cold, San Francisco. Hello. It was great.

It was great. And then it was sunny over here. So it was cool. It's amazing. And we're just up from Hey, Ashbury, which is a favorite place to kind of check out whenever you're here. And we woke up at 6 a.m. and left the Redwoods this morning. I woke up at 6 a.m. Let's be at the... I woke up too and then I went back to bed. Yeah. We knew we were... We decided to stay an extra night in the Redwood area up at Burlington campground, which if you've never been there or camps, it's my favorite place in the world that goes where I stopped. It's part of my bike tour, my crazy Portland to San Francisco bike tour. And so we got there,

we stayed there one night and we were going to come a little bit closer. And then Kimberly was like, I'd like to stay a second night. I said, okay, it just means a slightly earlier morning on Sunday, but we can do this. And so at 6 a.m. my iPhone woke us up. I wake up to Lionel Richie's all night long. Is that weird? It's what I do. If you haven't woken up to All Night Long, it starts off with the drum bead a little bit.

But it's kind of cool. I highly recommend Lionel Richie's All Night Long as your wake-up song.

Yeah. And if you sleep through the drum part, then it's the la da, la da. I won't sing

anymore. That's usually whenever we stop it. So what else do we do? Please, for the love of God, stop singing.

So yeah, it was great because then he drove from six to eight and I just kept sleeping in the back.

It's like the best.

I think everyone should have a home on wheels.

It is kind of fun. And then you have to park said home on wheels, but somehow we miraculously found a parking spot not only in San Francisco, but up here right close by, which was great. Amazing. Minor miracle. Minor miracle. I burnt all parking karma. Yeah. So, but yeah, but what else do you want to talk about the drive-in, the Redwoods, anything?

Oh, the Redwoods are insane. And I Yeah. So, but yeah, but what else do you want to talk about the drive-in, the Redwoods, anything?

Oh, the Redwoods are insane. And you were talking about you wanted to get there. And I think, I think it's a must. How many of you have been to the Redwood? Just out of curiosity in here. Yeah. It's so, it's like nothing else. I think it's the most magical place in the world.

I really, really do.

And the smell to die for.

So I'm like, we have to go back tomorrow. We're going to go to Muir Woods, which is a close second to the Red Woods. It's a more concentrated version of it. Yeah. Everyone's been to Muir Woods, right? Amazing. And it's open, which is like so lovely. Yay for the U.S. government being open for us.
