I'm excited to share that I am in the lovely paris.

And today is my first day to kind of sit down, take a breather, and do a little bit of writing.

So I'm delighted to be sharing this great Zen podcast with you on this special day in America Memorial Day.

And I shared a quote that I thought was so beautiful today on the blog and on

Facebook. And I just wanted to read it here as a beautiful reminder on, you know, what a special

day today is. So it's by the lovely Joseph Campbell. And Joseph Campbell wrote,

A hero is someone who is given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.

Perfect reminder.

on just this idea of giving yourself to something bigger and larger
