It's hard to believe that next episode will be our 250th, and we have something very exciting

with diana rupe She is the founder of

Make Workshop where I've been going and taking the embroidery class in May and then just last

week the hand-stamped jewelry making, which was so much fun. And it heads up on a few workshops and

retreats. I have to say I'm just coming off the high of the wonderful

Tranquility Summer Camp. A big thank you to those of you lovely ladies who join me for that.

I actually miss you at home tonight. It was such a treat to have you over the past four days.

And I hope you are reconnecting back to life and incorporating lots of the tranquility tools that we played with this weekend.
