Welcome, Tara. Thank you. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. Thanks for being on the show again. And,

you know, as we were chatting about before we began recording, you know, the reason I reached out is I love getting your regular updates via newsletter. And, you know, there were a few that captured my eye that I'd like to touch on, the one about too many interests, your three favorite daily practices,

and then the continual issue regarding lack of time, which may be a good place to start.

Because, you know, it's so interesting these days is when you say, hi, how are you?

It's like, busy, oh, busy.

You know, and it's like, well, it's no more, I'm fine, or I'm good, or this is going on.

It's like, I'm just so busy, so busy.

I know, and it's like a weird badge of honor.

It's like a murder badge of honor that we're like, oh, so busy, you know,

as if that somehow is valorous.
