Bonjour and welcome to the 237th edition of Tranquility DeJure.

Today's show features upcoming happenings and meditation with Patricia Monaghan. So a reminder that there's all sorts

of things around the corner, including on Wednesday night, our teleclass that is typically a

teleclass is now going to be a podcast because what I found is a lot of people are not able to join live.

So I'm going to be transitioning our seasonal podcasts into MP3s that you can purchase online.

So our seasonal Tranquilology podcast launches on March 21st.

That's Wednesday, which is, I think that's even the first day of spring.

So very exciting. And also, a reminder that there's the Creative and Conscious Business

e-course, Tranquilology, which launches at the start of every month through this year.

And then Trinquil Space Lifestyle, which is a fun new one that was just created in February.

Also, in March, those of you who are local, hip hop yoga in D.C. March 30th.

Our four-week Tranquility Project is launching April 4th. And then there's five spots left for

our cozy cabin, art and yoga retreat out here

in April. I'm actually recording from the cabin tonight and it's just so delightful with the fresh

air, the little bit of chill, the hammocks. It's just been a total treat. So if you are available

that weekend, I promise you it will be a phenomenal experience. And there's lots of other

things coming up. So please take a peek in the show notes. And I also posted it in the blog last

Thursday night. Highlights, of course, are France, which is right around the corner. I just cannot

believe it. And there are four spots left for our June retreat.

And then India, going back to India, November 16th through the 25th. And this falls over Thanksgiving
