I hope those of you in the States had a delightful Thanksgiving holiday and weekend and are

gearing up for all the hustle and bustle that lies ahead.

And that moves in beautifully to upcoming workshops and retreats because one of the big things is the finale e-course of 2011 is launching on Wednesday actually.

And it's our four-week tranquility project, which is a very fun, interactive e-course exploring mind, body, soul, and then a combo exploration of how to have a little more

tranquility in our every day. So again, that starts on Wednesday. And then December 7th is

our annual holidays tranquilology teleclass. So join us for that if you are available. And even if

you're not, you can still sign up and you will get a copy of the MP3 sent to you within 48 hours.

And a heads up to be sure to check your PayPal address email because that's where all the login information for the teleclass is sent.

Those of you who are local hip hop yoga December 13th in the D.C. area. And then a reminder that January 1st

launches my next e-course, which will be a monthly e-course, all around tranquilology, a do-yourself

sprinkling of everyday tranquility. And then this e-course will be focused on all sorts of topics for that particular month.
