Bonjour and welcome to the 225th edition of Tranquility DeJure.

Today's show features upcoming happenings and creativity.

There seems to be a theme with Sammy Kira Harding.

So a heads up about some upcoming workshops and retreats.

One is that I'm heading out to the West Coast.

I'll be in San Francisco doing actually a yoga and creativity workshop at Yoga Tree in Stanion.

And also, we have an e-course starting.

It's Tranquilista Lifestyle, and it's a seven-week e-course, and that is starting October 19th.

So please join us for that if you want to dive into a lot of the components of the book,

Tranquilista.

Those of you who are local or are willing to travel to West Virginia, I'm going to be doing

an art and yoga, cozy cabin retreat out in a beautiful woods setting, and it's all about

kind of capturing the beauty of the fall foliage. It'll be peak season. So excited.

Art journaling play shop. And that is in DC on November 6th. And I understand we have some

ladies coming down from New York, super excited. Also, I'll be in Richmond on November 12th.

And we have our next teleclass happening December 7th, along with some fabulous retreats in 2012, including Costa Rica, Paris and province, and India.
