Bonjour, and welcome to my birthday week and the 218th edition of Tranquility DeJure.

Today's show features some upcoming happenings and inner excavation with Liz Lamarrow.

She is a beautiful artist doing many, many gorgeous things out on the West Coast, and I think I first came across her online and then found her book

and quickly became enamored. A few workshops and retreats that are coming up that I'd love to

share is, first of all, if you need something to do over Fourth of July, a weekend, and would

like to extend it into the entire week. Join me in Costa Rica.

We leave on Saturday.

I cannot wait to consume heaps and heaps of papaya for an entire week and do tons and tons of yoga.

And then we have an art journalie workshop in Washington, D.C., July 23rd. We have our exciting benefit for the animals where the founder of farm sanctuary

celebrating their 25th anniversary will be there, along with Humane Society and

Pig Sanctuary, so very excited about this event. Also, HIPTrinquilchic retreat at Krapalu

in Massachusetts in August. There's much more coming up that I

encourage you to peruse, including our next Tranquility Project E-Course. That'll start in September.

Today I announced my next e-course, which will be all about creative and conscious business, and that will launch in the fall.

And that will be a course that actually you'll sign up for and you'll just do it at your own pace.

So different than my other e-courses.

And then also an e-book, which I'm really excited about.

I haven't done one of these yet.

And I had told myself I had to wait until I got through my

Masters and Social Work program to even contemplate writing another book. But this just felt

like the right thing. So I'm doing it, and the idea is that it'll come out before the holiday.
