Those of you local or near to D.C. A three-hour

art journaling extravaganza, July 23rd. I'm heading back to Krapaloo for my third year. Actually,

this will be my fourth year. Hip-trinkled chick retreat, and that is August 28th through September 2nd.

In the D.C. area, I'll be doing a women's urban retreat, so it's a one-day retreat at

tranquil space. It's actually just three hours to take out of your busy day to nurture your

mind, body, and spirit through yoga and journaling, creative inspiration. Also in New York, I'm going to be

doing a workshop, October 14 through the 16th, this beautiful farmhouse in upstate New York.

There's more in the show notes, including a yoga retreat to India in 2012 and, of course,

our yoga and our retreat to Paris and province, June 7th through

the 16th of 2012. So really excited to share with you our featured Tranquilista, the lovely Mary

Phillips, who I've been given her cocktail napkins for years by my mother and fellow friends.

And then a lovely student at Trinkles Space, let me know that she is dear friends with Mary

Phillips and wanted to connect us.

So when she did, I knew I had to interview Mary.
